Are all services provided remotely?

Yes. All our services are delivered 100% remotely via secure screen-sharing, remote desktop tools, and virtual communication. This allows us to provide fast, efficient support regardless of your location.

How do I get started?

Browse our pricing plans and select one that fits your needs. After checkout, our team contacts you via email within one business day to begin the onboarding process — we assess your setup, document your infrastructure, and establish support protocols.

Is there a setup fee?

No. All plans include free onboarding and initial assessment. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

How quickly can you respond to urgent issues?

Response times depend on your plan: Enterprise guarantees 30-minute response, Professional provides priority responses under 2 hours, and Essential offers same-day responses during business hours.

03 Billing & Plans

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Authorize.net payment gateway. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle with prorated adjustments.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel at the end of any billing cycle with no penalties.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds in accordance with our refund policy. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Authorize.net, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We use industry-standard encryption and never store card details on our servers.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?

Yes. We are happy to sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements. We understand the sensitivity of IT infrastructure access and treat all client data with strict confidentiality.
